[attachment=5333]ive just brought this. really exicted to receive it as it doesn't look as tight and uncomforterable as the last one and it supports shoulders and back posture! double bonus for me, I am a sloucher! I have to constantly remind myself to push my chest out and straighten up.
its a size medium so hopefully not too big :s but I find the small Asian sizing REALLY small!

Lea I'm hopeless with measuring and bra sizes, what size do you think I am: im 30 under bust and 34 over (that's without wearing a bra but my overbust is 34.6 wearing a non padded bra) ?
Thanks, our sizing is a little different over here, I'm supposedly a 10b
You sound exactly the same as me hun! Try a 30D, its mean to be tight, and scoop all your tissue into the cup, if you're getting the double boob effect, even a little bit which I think you will, then go up to a DD. I thought I was a b for ages! I'm not sure what a 30DD is in your size sorry lovely! Let mw know how you get on xxx

Ye I'm doin this too, whenever I'm motivated haha
girl, we'll be FF's in no time!
I can already feel it workin, ive had my DD bra on all day, it was a little uncomfortable but I'm just so excited for the fat to go back to my boobs I'm workin with the pain haha
It's so mad, I've never had a bra that fit all of me in, always had that pesky armpit bulge! Well its finally going back to where it belongs
that lady reckons we'll have to go up a cup size when everything has gone back to its right position. If we can add back fat to the equation, my knockers are gonna be HUGEEE. Yay!!

Hey all sorry to barge in but I just wanted to say I'm a firm believer in fat brushing and this is why
The correct way to put on a bra requires you to brush your fat from the sides into your cups. Professional bra fitters recommend doing this because most women wear the wrong bra size which pushes the fat back, once a woman starts wearing the right bra size she must bring all the fat that was pushed to the armpits and back back where it belings. Its very common for women to go up 1-2 cup sizes once they begin wearing the right bra and puttting it on correctly. This alone is proff enough that yes fat CAN be transferred naturally
I used to wear a 34D until I got fitted professionally into a 32DD I am now a 30G despite the fact I've lost 30lbs (P.S I also brush fat from other places like chiyo. Also some fitters told me I'm a 30H but I never tried it on xD)

Wow 30G! Omg I'd love to be a 30G haha thanks for sharing! I love hearing solid evidence that what we're doing actually works, it makes me more motivated to carry on. How long did it take for your fat to go back to the correct place? I've just started wearing my correct size which is a 30DD and I'm hoping it doesn't take too long for the fat to go back to my boobs because it sort of hurts! Xx
