When is the best day of the cycle to take the hormone blood level test? My ob-gyn gave me an open lab test period good to take within the year.

Most labs ask for day 20. A few on day 21. They will make note of when the the first day of your last period was and adjust the comparison levels to fit usually if you use a different day.....
