So my NB just arrived today, and I've started up my programme.
Thus far:
Measurements:
Height - 62
Bust - 35.5 ---- Goal - 38
Ribcage - 29 ----- Goal - 28
Waist - 28 ----- Goal - 25
Hips - 36
Bum - 38
Body Fat - 24% ---- Goal - 18%
Supplements:
AM - 3 x Hydrolysed Collagen 1 x Ultra Woman multi Vit
PM- 3 x Hydrolysed Collagen 1 x Amino Tablet
Diet:
Grilled chicken or fish, rice/pasta/spaggetti/cous cous , mixed veg
Treat days where I have potatoes, or a bun
Protein shake
Panini/ toasted sandwich maybe 2 a week
LOTS of water
Treat days of diet coke
Pumping
1.5 hours in the morning
1.5 hours in the evening
Exercise
3 x weights sessions per week (w/ cardio)
1 x aqua aerobics per week
1 x dance class per week (health dependant)
1 x abs, core & back class per week (once health issues sorted)
Other
Moisturise 3 x a day
Exfoliate 5 x a week
Olive oil hair treatment 1 x a month
Breast massage (the 360 one) 2 x a day
Mani-Pedi - aim for 2 x a month
Have just started doing some modeling (art, fetish, editorial, costume, retro -esp 1950s) so its very important to me to get in shape and get these boobies to grow!!
