Hello All,
So I've finally decided to track my nbe progress. I am no stranger to nbe and I tried it about 4 years ago without success. This was also before I had health issues as well. About 1 year ago I found out that I had a borderline low thyroid and I have 2 small cyst on my thyroid that are benign . I am currently taking 50 mcg of the generic synthroid daily to regulate my thyroid. Before I knew about my thyroid issue I weighed 115 lbs but now I'm a whopping 143 lbs. I use to weigh more than that but I have successfully lost some weight. I also forgot to add that I'm 5' 3". I have changed my diet and I eat healthy 90% of the time but I do allow myself cheat meals. I try to eat mostly complex carbs, fruits, veggies, & greek yogurt for calcium. I lift weights and I perform moderate cardio on a weekly basis. I was going to wait to start my nbe program, but after reading so many success stories on this forum, I've decided to go ahead and give it another shot. I've had my hormones check and they came back normal but I don't know how its possible when I have man hairs on my chin and upper lips! lol!
So my program is as follows: Foll phase: 200 mg PM pills (siriporn), PM cream (robust), Saw Palmetto (160 mg), neocell collagen, (2x) 600 mg calcium chews, vitamin C, multivitamin for women, vitamin b complex 50 mg, breast massages, & noogleberry.
Lut phase: PM cream (robust), Saw Palmetto (160 mg), neocell collagen, (2x) 600 mg calcium chews, vitamin C, multivitamin for women, vitamin b complex 50 mg, breast massages, & noogleberry.
I've started my program in August but as of right now I haven't had any success as of yet and I'm on my 2nd cycle of PM. I only take PM on days 1 to 11 because I usually ovulate on day 14 or 15. I'm thinking about adding fennel tea in the luteal phase and PC. I'm not sure if I actually need the PC since I don't have any problems ovulating. I didn't have any issues with my menstrual cycle being delayed on PM. It came as usual and I had a little bit of swelling during the luteal phase but it usually disappears once I get my cycle. My measurements are as follows: Under bust: 29", Across bust: 30.5" , Above bust 30.5" which makes me a 34AA. I don't fill out any of my bras and my left breast is considerably bigger than my right breast. Before kids I was a 34B but I lost my breast tissue with each kid ( I have 2 boys). I do get some sensations but nothing to brag about. I haven't been noogling consistently cuz I've been just to busy but I do try to noogle on the weekends. It also appears that I'm a slow responder when it comes to noogling cuz I don't keep any of my swelling. It usually only last for like 2 minutes then its gone! lol! I'm currently using the medium cups and I kind of do the press and hold and release for 1 hr per breast. My frame is to small to use both cups so I do them individually. I really would love to finally have nbe success this time around and I am open to any suggestions concerning my current program. Thx
