Hi everyone, 
I've been reading a lot of the really helpful and informative posts here and now that I am about to start NBE again, I would like some help from you guys.
First a little bit about myself:
Age: 22
Sex: Female
Current Size: AAAAAAAA? (very flat....)
Height: 5'3'' (160 cm)
Weight: 100 lbs (45 kg)--I've always been kinda skinny
Race: Asian (Korean)
+ Never been pregnant
+ I have tried NBE twice before; first time I used Breast Success and the second time I used Breast Active. I stopped after two months for each program, because I didn't see any result and I lost patience, but I am determined to give it a serious try this time for at least 6 months.
My mom also has rather small breasts but at least she can feel A cups. I'm not hoping for a miraculous change or anything. I just want to be able to fill in A cups and actually go to the beach and have fun without worrying about wearing a bikini!
I think I read from Isabella's posts that fenugreek+fennel+saw palmetto were useful only for women who lost their size after breastfeeding, and for people who need to actually 'grow' breasts, they need something stronger such as PM or hops.
As for PM, I have 32 days in my cycle (a little bit longer but still within the normal range I think) and I am a little reluctant to use PM because I am a little scared by how PM can mess up your cycle. Also, I don't know if it was because of Breast Active pills, but when I stopped taking Breast Active pills, my periods were irregular for two months.
I read that many people were recommending Eve M's program for the one that involves hops and I am thinking of trying Eve M's program. I have a couple of questions though:
1) Do I have to start taking the herbs from day 1 (first day of period)?
2) I think Eve M didn't take any breaks for 18 months. Is that what I should do too? Or should I take it for two weeks and then stop and the resume on day 1 like PM?
3) Some of the ingredients in Eve M's program don't seem to be available in easy-to-take forms in www.mountainroseherbs.com. I know you can grind the seeds and flowers using a coffee/seed grinder but I'm in living in a dorm and it's not really easy to do that. Does anyone know where I can get good quality hops powder, oat seed powder, flax-seed powder?
4) Could someone explain, or refer to a thread, that explains why Eve M's program is supposed to work? I know a bit about Fennel and Fenugreek, but when I look up info about hops, it says it's sedative and it's recommended for people who can't sleep. Also, what are Barley grass, Bere (or Alfalfa), flax-seed and oat seed supposed to do for NBE?
5) Although I am a little worried about messing up my cycle, I am also interested in trying PM. How do I decide whether to try PM or hops? Also, if I choose to take PM (I guess Ainterol), what other supplements should I take?
