can anyone tell me which are the recommended doses for siriporn?unfortunately their site is not informative at all.

Due to a mix-up in which Siriporn just sent me a bottle of the PM pills instead of the RoBust lotion I had ordered, I can answer your question! On the back of the bottle it says, "Pre-menstrual women: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily." Each capsule is 100mg. And they give the typical "start on the first day of your period and continue taking for 15 days" instructions but that's debatable and can be changed to fit your specific needs.

I totally agree - their site isn't very informative!

I have siriporn, the 100 mg capsules, but from what I've read on the forum most people are taking higher doses of PM. I've increased my PM to several hundred mg per day to make sure I get enough PM. I can't say which is better, as I still haven't seen any significant growth.

Leeannel how long have you been taking siriporn?don t take more that 200mgs daily or you will mess up your hormones and cycle.If you do a search on the forum you ll see that caused a lot of problems.[/align]Siriporn is not like ainterol ,it is much much stronger.Be patient if you want to see results and use something topical along with massage.

im taking siriporn but im just starting 3 pills a day.... I talk to someone from there website and this person told me that i can take up to 8 a day.... but im a tiny woman and im a bit scare to take more then 3 a day.... I take 3 coz the other brand i use to take was i wild PM and the dosage was 3 with meal...in continue and stop 2 days before my period (but my cycle was all mest up) so i figure that if that one was stronger i can stick with the same amount and this one you have to take from day 1 of your period for 15 day then stop and start again ....So Basicly i just stick with the same amount per day....willl see i far it goes

Chocolatgirl, are you taking those pills(siriporn)? What do you recommand?

I m waiting for my siriporn order ro arrive in 3-4 weeks.I m going to start with one pill daily for 15 days on the 1st cycle and then maybe increase to two pills daily the second or third cycle.

Please don t take too much.Results can t be immediate.

thanks for the link.... im taking like 3 pills and i dont know it is PM dosage but experiment headache and durig night i was hot.... maybe it the stress coz i have a lot of studying to do....Anyway its been 4 days now that im taking the pill... i think i will reduce at 2 like they said on the bottle and will see

i keep you update in a fews week and see it it have any change

People from Siriporn mailed me and told me to take 1-max 2 pills daily from days 1-15.I think I will follow GorgeousBlonde's program though and take pm on days 7-14 and days 19-24 of menstrual cycle because that way I won t have high estrogen when it s not supposed to be high and I won t inhibit ovulation.
