Okay so I have been massaging for a while, no specific routine to it just about 2mins Each side and it didn't seem to be doing anything really, they would feel a little tender afterwards but that's it. Then today I tried TigerLily's massage routine and afterwards my breasts felt really warm and more tender than usual. Is the warmth definitely expected to follow massage? Sorry I'm a newbie

It is possible to encourage breast growth by practicing breast massage. Fact:
Did you know that according to statistics from the American Cancer Society, one out of every eight woman will contract breast cancer in their lifetime. And recent reports have noted that this figure may be even higher for Asian American women.

The warmth is a great sign and it allows u to know that the massage works, the purpose of all massages is to increase blood flow tonur breasts sothat they swell and get much warmer, this allows essential nutrients yo be delivered to ur breasts which eventually results in growth so yesss aim for warmth in ur chest whenever u massage

"Some of the things we look for as massage therapists are strokes that you can do for a long time that are easy on the body," said Smith.

Does it matter how often you massage the breasts?
I do it whenever I get an ache in them, they are still growing so this is daily, I find the massage replaces the ache with a warm buzzy feeling, which I prefer to the pain. But can too much massage be detrimental?
I currently find myself doing it about 3 or 4 times a day.
