Hey everybody. This spring I'm going to be taking a swim class 2x a week for an hour and a half each time. Will this mess with my growth? I've read mixed reviews, both that
-exercise increases HGH and is good for growth and
-athletes have a hard time growing.
But more than that are my breasts going to turn out muscular because of using those muscles groups more and high protein intake?
Oh! and does increased exercise mean I should use extra protein shakes too?
