Bargain Boob's Program

#1

Hello, I’m Bargain Boobs & this is my first post. Firstly, these boobs are proving anything but a bargain!! I might have to change my name to ‘Bankrupt Boobs’ soon. Better than expensive and risky implants though.
I’ve been doing NBE since September 2010, mainly noogling, but I sort of dabble with herbs, and use ‘boobie’ foods etc.

Here’s my stats:-
Sex: Female
Height: 5 foot 3
Weight: 110-112 lbs (I was 98lbs for absolutely ages. I find it very hard to put on weight. It’s taken me a year to get to this size)
Bra size: Back in Sept 2010, I started out COMPLETELY flat-chested. AAAA. Now, I’m in the AA range, but I wear a VERY padded bra which is 34A. It makes me at least look like I have boobs.
Goal size: 34B. I hope this is do-able. I’ve got a long way to go!
Children: None

My program:-
10 minutes chi massage first thing in morning, followed by fat brushing.
Resistance exercises, wall push-ups, every other day.
NB 3 hours on average per day. 1 session (1 ½ hours) in morning & 1 session in the evening. By the way, if anyone’s interested, my NB programme’s on the Noogleberry forum. I’m under the name ‘Padded Hell’.
Aumenti lotion twice a day.
Homemade fenugreek oil applied to boobs before bed, throughout cycle (I have a break from it when I’m on my period)
I’ve just started using fenugreek and hops oil externally on days 6-12 of cycle. Smells truly awful (horse manure, stale beer & waffles, mmmm), but my boobs seem to like it!
Breast enlargement hypnosis while falling asleep. Don’t know if it works, but it can’t hurt & it’s relaxing anyway.

Supplements per day:-
1 multivitamin & iron
1 zinc 15mg
1 Gingko Biloba 120mg (This is for a neuromuscular disorder, but it helps circulation, so it’s good for NBE too. Bonus!)
1 Cod Liver Oil 1000mg(Again, for other health reasons)
Magnesium oil spray, applied externally
1 Evening Primrose oil 1000mg in 2nd half of cycle only, days 18-28

Foods:-
1 tsp black strap molasses per day (for the iron. I’m prone to anaemia. It’s helped my energy levels)
About a tbsp of ground flaxseed on cereals in morning.
1½ - 2 litres of water per day (A must, if you’re noogling)
1 protein shake per day
Protein with every meal (Meat, fish, cheese)
3 cups of spearmint tea in follicular phase for an anti-androgen
1 cup rosehip tea per day (for vitamin C)
2 cups of fennel tea per day in luteal phase, days 20-24
Gelatin-rich foods (I can’t find chicken feet here in the UK, unfortunately, so I make chicken broth & eat jelly instead)
I try to eat some ‘boobie’ friendly food with each meal. I was inspired by ‘Fengshui’s’ program, and I also use my cycle to determine what I eat. Estrogen friendly foods in 1st half of cycle, progesterone-enhancing foods in 2nd half of cycle. I’ve noticed it’s really improved my pms and menstruation (less cramps etc) & general sense of well-being.
I really need an anti-androgen for my luteal phase though. Any ideas? I’d like something that I could preferably take as a tea, but I’m open to any suggestions. I’m steering clear of Saw palmetto though. It’s like administering cellulite in a pill for me. Eurgh, no thanks!
I adhere to the low sugar, no white flour, no caffeine, low GI carbs NBE diet. It seems to help.

My growth has been slow, but I started from nothing, literally. I had no breast tissue whatsoever, just two sad looking nipples. Oh, the shame! BUT, I’ve definitely grown!! At the moment, they’re ‘mini’ boobs, like real boobs only smaller, lol, but from little acorns & all that!! Just got to break out of the AA bracket now, which is proving difficult & frustrating. Persistence & patience are the keys to NBE, I think. There’s been so many times where I’ve wanted to give up, especially in the first year, but my stubborn streak is proving to be a plus point when it comes to this! I’m just trying to enjoy this whole journey really. I love the creative, experimental aspect of it.
Finding this forum has been a really positive turning point in my life & I feel very grateful to you all.

Welcome BB,

For the luteal phase, you could try licorice tea. It has everything: phyto-estrogens, phyto-progestins, anti-androgens, and it increases prolactin.

Hi Isabelle,

I really enjoy reading your posts, by the way. Very informative & I always learn something new! A while ago, I bought some licorice root sticks but didn't really know what to do with them!I made a fennel tea & shoved the stick in there. It tasted ok but made me feel a bit wierd afterwards, hard to put my finger on. Does it affect blood sugar or something? I'll try it again today, and see how I go with it. Thanks for the advice.

Thank you BB,

Onicemile cuts the sticks up to the size of matches for the tea.

Licorice can cause hypokalemia (try a banana) and high blood pressure:

and yes, it can lower blood sugar:

Ah, that explains the 'wierd' feelings then, Isabelle. Aside from NBE, licorice might actually help me in other ways. I have very low blood pressure. Do you have licorice tea just on it's own, or do you add other herbs? Sorry if that's a silly question! I did see some peppermint & licorice teabags the other day, so i might try my own version of that. Thanks again.Wink

I have licorice tea on its own, and two versions of mint/licorice. Both are good for your purposes.

I think I might have had a bit of a growth spurt recently. I’m reluctant to say that in case AF takes my new toys away! They didn’t deflate as much on my last period, and I started to notice that the boobs felt bigger in my follicular phase. Is this a good sign? Anyway, I’ve been doing some detective work, trying to decipher what may have helped my growth, as I’ve taken out & added a few things into my program. Here’s a few possibilities:-
I stopped drinking fennel tea throughout my cycle, and now restrict it to luteal days 20-24. Shame, I love the taste of it!
I started using the stinking hops & fenugreek oil topically, after my last period, on days 6-11. I noticed a few days after using it that my boobs looked a bit bigger.
I’ve started doing a ‘mini’ cleanse every month, when I’m on my period . Mainly involves drinking a ‘cleanse’ tea that I bought (an acquired taste, to say the least. Not horrible, just a bit wierd) & drinking water with a squeeze of lemon.
I’ve started using EPO in my luteal phase, and it seems to be doing something for me. I don’t think it’s just my imagination. My boobs feel fuller & heavier.
I’ve started using a lot more olive oil (healthy fat) in my diet recently.
These next two are a bit ‘leftfield’, but I’ve always suspected I’ve had high cortisol levels. Progesterone is made from cortisol, so I’ve probably never had enough of this hormone, and that in turn means estrogen dominance. Anyway, I’ve started wearing an eye mask when I sleep, as I’d read that if you don’t sleep in complete darkness, it keeps your cortisol levels elevated. Not good. I’ve never been able to sleep without the landing light on. It’s a bit pathetic seeing as I’m a grown woman, but I can’t help being scared of the dark! The eye mask is helping, I think. Also, I’m working on my stress levels as I’m such an anxiety-ridden worry wartSad
Also, I’ve been using a lightbox since this September, mainly because I suffer from SAD (winter blues, wow, I’m really selling myself hereBig Grin, but I’m also using it in the vein hope that it’ll keep me growing through the winter months. It increases your serotonin levels, and that can help with HGH. So, no depression & bigger boobs is a bit of a winning combination! We’ll see…
I think, that the noogling probably is the main culprit for the small bit of growth I’ve had though. I’ve been consistent with it, even when in truth, I’ve wanted to chuck it out of the window sometimes! I’m completely addicted to it. Just seeing your boobs inflated is enough to keep you motivated, it’s amazing!

Happy New yearSmile

Well, i've decided my new year's resolution is to continue with NBE for at least another year. I'm going to stick with the same program I've got now, and just tweak it as & when. I hope I can keep motivated. One day at a time.
Anyway, thanks to Isabelle, I've added licorice tea to my program (luteal phase only). I've just had a cup, and it's really tasty, although I still get a strange reaction when I drink it. I don't think I'm taking too much, but as soon as I drink it, I get like an odd body rush feeling (like too much adrenalin), and then a 'mild' panic attack. Also, my hands were freezing before I started drinking it, but within minutes they were warmSmile I'm going to stick with it though. I feel fine shortly afterwards.
The last few days I've had a deep, burning sensation in my smaller left boob. I hope that's a good sign. It almost feels bruised. I love these luteal days. It's the only time I get to experience 'cleavage'Big Grin

Hi Bargain Boobs!
I was wondering... where you taking spearmint tea when you were using SP? I'm taking SP and I wanted to add spearmint to my program, for fighting body hair, but I don't know if that would be too much anti-androgen.

And sorry if this is a silly question, but I see you do the chi massage before the fat brushing, do you think it's better that way? I do the brushing first and I always wonder if performing the chi massage afterwards can help to spread the fat I've brought to my breasts or it may dissolve it instead, as happens with anticellulite massages. As you've had results with your massages I'd love to know your opinion.

Thanks a bunch! Smile

Hi Alicia,

No, I didn't take the spearmint tea when I was using SP. I used SP with FG & RC years ago, on my first NBE attempt years ago. I didn't know what I was doing back then!Big Grin. Spearmint tea is quite a weak anti-androgen, so i think you'll be ok to take it along with SP. It makes my skin really clear when I drink it, so it has added benefitsSmile

Oh, I wrote that I do the chi massage before, but I wrote it the wrong way aroundBlush No, I do the fat brushing first & then the chi massage. I think your theory of moving the fat with the chi massage is more likely to be the best way. My boobs are definately a lot meatier, so something must be workingSmile I just wish the chi massage wasn't soooo tediousSad. Hope that's helped.
