Try using Anthony Logistics ingrown hair treatment, pricy but does wonders for me. On the Mankind website!

Use a product called Tend Skin or PFB Vanish. I am an Esthetician. Alot of my clients have this problem. You are irritating the skin with the razor. After you shave wait for the skin to dry then use the product, it will sting but it doesn't last long. Do it everyday until the bumps are gone. Please note do not use this product if you are allergic to Asprin.
