I see how PM gives good results...and fast ones too....
I was thinking maybe not to take the PM pills and maybe only so use the cream....any thoughts?

Do you have high estrogen? or low estrogen with not enough progesterone to balance it?
Have you tried PC to correct this?

I am high in estrogen....
I tried PC for 1 month....but I talked with a doctor that helps balancing the hormones and he didn't advice me to try PC...he gave me some herbs with that help me with my adrenals and aslo with my thyroid....he thinks that both of them are cossing me for high estrogens....
