I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts or recommendations?

I drink the fennel liquid extract rather then making tea from fennel powder. I hope this is not the reason i have not seen any results yet with in my program.

Do I have to make the tea or is the liquid extract as effective?

There is nothing advantageous in taking fennel as a tea. It's just another method of taking it, that's all.
