I am looking to start with a PM cream and wondered if it is an idea to just see how it goes before looking into pills. The idea of pills seems more scary to me right now! I am worried about messing my hormones too much. I already seem to spot with no use of anything!

Two weeks after my period I get a day's bleeding, then on and off after that until my period I spot. Not sure what is going on there.

I am assuming creams are still systemic and not just local, if anyone has any experiences with using one or the other I would appreciate hearing them.

Dear Babakins,

From what I have seen and read, creams seem to be topical with the expectation that the effect is localized. Even Ainterol in some of their sprays indicates that the intent is to create the effect locally where sprayed and absorbed by the skin.
