I'm new here.

#1

Hello! My name is Callie and I'm new to this forum. I thought I'd give myself a proper introduction.

I'm 25 years old, about 5'5", and somewhere in the weight range of 150 to 165 lbs.(haven't been weighed in a month). I wear a 36D bra, but I'm definitely not happy about my breasts. My right breast fits into the D like it's supposed to, but it does sag. That might be because I quit playing tennis, so the muscle isn't quite as muscular as before. My right breast, however, would fit into a B cup better. My breasts are so asymmetrical that, in my mind, everyone can tell and just aren't saying anything. I have tried NBE before, but I was so inconsistent with it that I didn't stick to it at all. I've tried saw palmetto, wild yam, fenugreek, and fennel seed. I've tried both pills and the liquid extract in lotion. I didn't take the pills consistently and really only took them when I remembered to which could be hours to days. The liquid extract in lotion was so strong smelling (smelled of maple syrup) that I hated putting it on because the smell followed me everywhere. That didn't last long, so I gave up. Every once in a while, I'd look into evening out my breasts whether through NBE or exercises or surgery, but never followed through with it.

Now, I'm on the verge of getting married (in a little less than four months) and would like to not look so weird in my dress. I know there's a chance that something might not happen within that span of time, but there's a chance something might happen. I'd like to give it a try and see. I'm more interested in massages and creams(that don't stink) than pills or taking something internally. If I were to take something internally, it'd have to be something that doesn't interact with my BC and doesn't make me constipated.

Any advice, information, inspiration, and/or motivation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello CallieSmile

Congrats on your upcoming wedding!!!

I know what you mean about stinky boobie batters. I usually buy aveeno baby the delicate skin-fragrance free lotion and add my herbs to it and pour in a fragrance oil and it definitely covers up the smell...even borage oil! You can order fragrance oils online for 1.50....hope this helps out. Happy growing Smile

Welcome and congrats on getting married!

Massage and creams really are the best way to even things out, because that way you can focus more on the one breast and try to get it to catch up to the other one. Massage will also help bring fullness back to the other breast and keep it from sagging as much.

Good luck, I hope you can see at least some progress by your wedding day! If you can't get them completely the same by then (that is quite a big leap in such a short period of time), consider a gel insert just to look good for that special day, then continue with NBE after that until you reach your goal.
