Question

Hi guys,

Still very new to this site and could do with advice. Been using FG by injesting the seeds for nearly a year now but feel I could do with extra help as I'm not seeing much results. I am now massaging with FG powder and almond oil morning and night and taking a few spoonfuls of fenugreek dried leaves.

I would like to try more but the problem is I'm a single mum and can't afford to spend a ton of money when I have a child to support Sad

I've read saw palmetto, red clover, wild yam, hops, fennel an flaxseed oil can help. There is a sale on at my local vitamin shop and most of these seem to be covered in the BOGOF offer, which would be my best route?

I'm currently on implanon hormone contraception so don't experience a time of the month cycle so don't know if I should or shouldn't be taking breaks from this?

Another random thing which I don't know if it is worth mentioning is that I'm a veggie but eat dairy products.

Any advice is welcomed, I'm desp to grow breasts back!! When I was breast feeding my boobs were awesome, now.... They are quite frankly rubbish Sad

Thanks for taking your time to read my post xxx

I use fg, saw palmetto and red clover, and massage with flaxseed oil. I'm getting great results. But just remember, what may work for me might not work for you. If you're tight on money, try to check your symptoms online to see what your hormones are like, or get a hormone test done. If you know what your body's doing, you can figure out what you'll best respond with.

I spend maybe $50 on my herbs each month, although I'm taking small doses. You might only respond to higher doses, so it's impossible to tell you how much you really will be spending each month. Although if they're having a BOGO sale, hit that up! This would be the best time to try stuff out and see what it does for you!

The flaxseed oil ranges from $9-17 at Vitamin Shoppe (where I buy my stuff), depending on how much quality you want to pay for. I'm not sure how long it'll last, but I've been using it twice a day on my breasts and bum, and it doesn't take much. It should definitely at least last a month or so, probably longer.

Also, try consuming more protein. It's helped me a lot. I buy Breakfast Essentials packets ($5 for 10 packets) and mix it in whole milk to get a good bit of protein each day. A lot of people use Ensure, too, but I haven't found that as cheap for as much around here, so this is just what I use.

Hopefully once you start adding more herbs to your regimen, you'll start getting back those prego boobs! Fenugreek by itself usually isn't enough to give much (or any) growth.

Thank you for yor help Doll, I will go tomorrow and get some red clover and flaxseed oil, i have saw palmetto patches (prostate patches) which I tried applying to one breast each day with not much luck.

Could you possibly advise me on a good hormone website to check my symptoms?

Thanks xx

You're welcome! This is the test most people use. It'll give you a good idea whether you should be increasing your estrogen, progesterone, or both.

Saw Palmetto is more than anything used to prevent Testosterone from turning into DHT in the body, preventing side effects of the hormone such as body and facial hair, premature balding, etc. It also helps increase estrogen, although if you're using a patch (never knew those existed), it's probably not a high enough dose to do much to your estrogen levels. It's also a fatty acid, and I doubt you're getting that benefit from the patch as well. I suggest switching to an actual herb or the saw palmetto berries to see benefits. The herb would have to be very processed to turn it into a patch, so you're not getting nearly as strong an effect as you would finding something in a capsule with almost no fillers.

On a budget... well, lets take a quick overview of that subject.
Cheapest, no expenditure at all: Massage. Chi massage you do yourself and no payment to anyone.
Not so cheap : Noogleberry pump. One time expense for the equipment and the very occasional bottle of lotion.
Next would be what you are doing now with herbs. What herbs and dosage would determin the cost.
Then would be possibly PM. Which PM and again the dosage determins price.
I would put Ultra breast next followed be Hypnosis tapes that you would buy.
Top of the line in expense is Bountiful Breast. Expensive but many swear by it.
That should give you an idea of what is available and a general idea of cost by method. Of course everything can change due to sales, bargain buys, and so on. For example, buying multiple herbs can make it more expensive than PM. So trying to pin down something by price is not easy, too many variables. Good luck on your journey and remember, the Boobie Fairy doesn't charge for her services at all!!!

PM is cheap, 40 bucks for 6 months supply.

Your breasts were awesome due to increased prolactin. Which is responsible for making breasts produce milk. However long term prolactin increase leads to saggy and deflated breasts as the gland become over worked.

PM, High progesterone dosage birth control and a lot of massage. Will be like 10 dollars a month.

Thank you all for your replies Smile

I think it is important to try and point out money saving tips etc as most people are struggling with the current financial climate, however still want to look and feel good.

I have however one question: what is PM? Lol sorry, I keep seeing it on the forum and feel like an idiot not knowing what it is short for :s

Thanks again xxx

Yeh I had a look online after I posted that comment and seen the website, looks too good to be true!! Has anyone had any good results? If it helps growth and your hair growth then it sounds like the route for me!!!

Would you use PM along with FG, SP and RC or would this be a hormone overload????

Also, are you best to buy direct from the PM website or are their cheaper sources with just as good quality?

Thanks again for all your help Smile

I think considering cost, effectiveness, and safety, noogleberry is the best option. The technology behind it is scientifically proven, and most people (even men...I've seen some amazing pictures) see results. The major downside it can be a lot slower than herbs.

With herbs, you might see drastic results quickly, but you might also see negative side effects and no breast growth. Depending on what options you use, it can be a pretty costly gamble. Even if you do see results, there's a chance they might disappear if you stop your routine.

For PM specifically, some people have reported breast shrinkage and other problems. It doesn't work for everyone.
