I don't really understand what the website says but from one of the webpages that I opened, it seems that the woman had undergone a fat injection to her boobs and hers look real
of course. It is not silicone
I wonder if fat transfer is done in stages? Don't know anything about it.

There are two types of what you mentioned. There is a stem cell augmentation and a fat transfer.
Stem cell augmentations are popular in japan because they are 100% natural(and was invented in japan). But you can only go up a little, about 2 sizes max. But that is all they want, the fake look isn't popular.
