Hi,
I would like to know your expert opinions on this program.
Considering that i'm 24, i'm a small b cup, i've semi-tubular breasts and puffy areolas.
I've made some hormonal blood analysis and i do not have high levels of testosterone, the estradiol is fine as the aldosterone, cortisol and DHEA-S. The only thing that seems to be near to the limit is the Androstenedione.
I've made the Dr. J. Lee online test and seems that i possibly have progesterone deficienty. And maybe ED with some androgens symptoms. Does it make any sense?! :s
To start my journey:
- gain some weight, so i'm taking a complex-b complement.
- i drink lots of water
- cut sugar
- cut caffeine
- cut drinks with gas
- try to do more regular exercise
- try to cut refined carbohydrates
After that i've planning to do this program:
Day 1 to 16
- PM capsules (increasing the mg in the first days and decreasing in the last days)
- PM cream
- Goat's rue capsules
Day 17 to 28
- Progesterone Cream
- Fenugreek
Day 1 to 28
- Saw palmetto
- Breast massages
During the follicular phase
- Cream with volufiline
Supplements
- L arginine and Glutamine (to stimulate HGH)
Diet
- enrich the diet with vitamin C, proteins and calcium natural sources
What do you think?? Any essencial supplement or change?
Doubts:
- Do you think noogling it's essencial for good results? (cause i have a room mate and it can be awkward)
- Is collagen supplement necessary?
- Milk thistle is necessary to clean?
