Is soy ok the part of the month I am not on PM?

Hello...I have been absent on this forum for a few months and from doing any NBE because life got crazy with buying my first house, my son starting Kindergarten, etc. But now I am ready to start again. I was curious is soy was om when I am not on pm? I think I read that its not good while on pm but is it bad to have from day 14-28 when I am not on it? This is my current program:

Day 1-13
Pm 2 times a day
Hair skin and nails 3 times a day
Flaxseed pill 3 times a day
Collegan 2 times a day
L-Lysine 1 time a day

Day 14-28
Everything is the same except no PM and I take WY, FG, and SP 3 times a day.

I am also trying to fit in NG everyday if I can.

Was just curious if soy would be ok on day 14-28.

Also, if anybody has any suggesIons about my program I would love to hear them.

Well I will tell you what I tell everyone..start out with PM only, soy isn't good with PM because the weaker phytoestrogens in soy will compete with the ones in the PM...as for WY, FG and SP I suggest you add them only if you don't see results on PM alone...less is more trust me Smile best of luck in your journey
