Hey ladies!
How's the NBE going? Still doing maintenance?
I was wondering if you guys kept the same routine, same massages, same foods, herbs etc from start to finish, or did it change from time to time?

Hello everyone, this is the first time I've posted for a long time. In answer, my program was the same from start to finish, I didn't change anything. Also I'm still eating some booby food for maintenance, but not so much now because it's difficult to manage it all the time. I'm not so disciplined about it now!

I've read your program about 100 times and I'm still amazed at how you could grow so much with natural sources,
According to your posts you ate:
1. Chicken feet soup everyday
Did you ever eat borage and naga soup or do you just recommend chicken feet soup to be enough?
2. You only took borage oil and ginkgo pills throughout the entire program
Did you start with borage immediately or how long into the program until you started taking them?
3. You said soymilk was important
Did you drink it yourself everyday or did you for the most part just eat soybeans for every meal?
Did you use the same soybean recipe for every dish (except for chicken feet soup), i.e. the one listed on the food recipe page? If I am wrong, please correct me.
and last but not least, can you write down in details how your routine was from morning to night, including all the dishes you ate throughout the day and what time?
I am trying to put together information and see if there is a connection between the girls who grew,

Yes so far I have kept the size. In reply to questions, yes I ate naga and borage soup and I also took borage oil and ginkgo pills from the start. I didn't drink soy milk every day but I had a soy recipe meal every day, but not the same recipe every time. What is listed on the food recipe page is just a good example.
I can't write down a routine from morning to night, because every day was different. I ate booby food every day, but not the same meals every day. The most important thing was a soy meal every day.

Fengshui, you said Hitoma or Gisela grew a lot, did they do anything different or basically the same as you guys did? And which one was it that ate seabass? And do you think seabass alone was the main reason why she grew or did she take many other things?

Both Hitomi and Gisela had green papaya sea bass soup, Gisela had different boobie soups in turns so she wouldn't get tired of them. If I remember it right, Gisela had sea bass soup, feet soup, naga-rib soup, green papaya spare-rib soup in rotation for her programme, also she mentioned aspargus beef and green papaya beef for dishes sometimes and got tinglings right after. Hitomi was mainly on sea bass soup. Both liked avacado milk shake, soy milk was not specially mentioned, but both agreed soy milk was helpful boobie drink (nither of them mentioned drinking soy milk daily, though) Both tried to avoid cold drinks.
Chinese NBE menthod/thoery is a bit different from Western menthod. It's more like "unblock" the "blockage", then the "paths" are clear, then boobie foods can go directly to "boobs". (cold type foods and drinks create blockages, because "coldness"-->"stagnate").
I basically follow their menthod, so it's food + massage that did most of my growth I feel. I am now 117 lb, 92 cm overbust, 74.5 underbust (17.5 cm difference). Compare to before weight-lose 127 lb. 95.5cm, 79cm underbust (16.5cm difference), i guess my boobs did not really shrink. I will find time to go through my boobie journal and give you more details.
P.S. As the isoflavones in soy milk, it's not so "concentare" as pills, so maybe what it does is just "triggering"? I have no idea, just a thought.

Green papaya sea bass soup is a well known boobie soup in TW, Hitomi said she tried other boobie soups before and she also gained weight, she also said other kind of fish with skin on would work, too, but sea bass has more protein, collagen, and good fat, something like that.
Haha, I never took any before or after pics, if I take one now, it's just a "later" pic, probably won't make any sense.
My growth was more closer to Amber's growth, but my beginning boobies were saggy compare to hers, due to losing 25 lbs too fast in a short period and sickness.
