I've read that taking gelatin with vitamin C helps the breasts grow. Apparently the body can use the vitamin C and gelatin to make collagen for tissue growth.
Has anyone done this/doing this and have you had any results?

Carlsons MSM + vitamin c is popular. I just started mine so I cant tell you if there is any growth yet though, but if so, it would be from a whole combination of different things I am doing including PM and diet.

Angel34, do you take this everyday or only during certain times of the month? I am also on a pm program and was thinking of adding MSM. Also how do you take your pm (do you cycle? take it the whole month?) because it seems there are sooo many ways to take it?

I take the MSM every day. I take it as much for other things as for breast growth though. I was starting to wonder if maybe I was getting some arthritis in my hands from using tools alot, and one of my hips pops alot so its kind of like prevention for that.
My program is here, post #5 and #7. I'm not cycling because I am on birth control pills. This is only my second month so I am still tweaking it, basically tracking what is giving my growing pains and deciding when to ramp up. -

MSM is a bioavailable source of organic sulfur.

Interesting concept but I would have thought collagen would only be good for firming and skin elasticity improvement since our boobs are mostly made up of fat you would also need fatty tissue build up

Gelatin and collagen are essentially the same thing. So it works but a scoop of powder is needed, not pill amounts. Since collagen is sulfurous protein and MSM is organic sulfur, the body can make collagen from 3,000 mg MSM.
It is mostly for firmness/perkiness but some women have reported breast growth from MSM or collagen alone. Breasts are mostly fat but they are also collagen, and collagen can be the bottleneck if you aren’t underweight. Likewise essential fatty acids like fish oil to get missing types of fat can help, even if you have enough of other fats. Ditto for all the other nutrients. Once you get one, another can be a bottleneck. So variety is key, or better yet food to get nutrients even multivites are missing. Even if you are missing something measured in mg if it is an essential material the body might halt or slow growth and not put fat into the boobs either. Like having bricks but being short on mortar. Or in the case of mg nutrients, being short on trowels.

Could you get sufficient amount of gelatin from bone broth? I struggle to consume in powder form.
