When life gives you lemons, make melons

Hi! I have been reading this forum for a while but am a newbie in terms of actually trying out NBE.

I am 18 which seems young for this programme, but I know I'm not going to grow anymore naturally. I've had 2 "growth spurts" as you're meant to, one when I started growing at 11 and one at 14, both left me with less than a children's 34AA. The doctor put me on Dianette for the last few years for severe acne and I'm scared it may have ended my growth. I also have suffered some emotional trauma and have had anxiety and depression for a number of years, I am now taking fluoxetine.

I am as tall as my mum (5'1") so I don't think there is any more to be done in that area, I have curvy hips and bum (38" at widest point), and weigh 117 lbs on a good day, so I'm not lacking in any other department.

I tried hypnosis for a while which did less than nothing for me and also massage. I have just started on PM, but am scared of this whole "hormone imbalance" thing.

Any help from the more experienced members of the site would be much appreciated.

xx

Hey,

don't be discouraged. I am 40 and have always had a 34AAA chest. Having played with NBE for 6 months I can safely tell you that there is hope. I actually have seen slow but steady progress.

I, like you, am not comfortable taking hormones and have had a very bad experience with PM, in that it actually shrunk my breasts. Also, I suffer from hypothyroidism, so by now I have learned my lesson, to stay away from hormones and hormone supplements.

I have found that NB (Noogleberry) actually works, and I love it. The results are measurable, though sometimes the progress is so slow, I get discouraged. BUT, it is the only thing that has helped me grow from a 34AAA bra, to 34AA, and now a full 32B. (I chose a bra with a smaller band because I found that with a 32B, my cups were not empty, though I can almost fill in a 34A bra as well).

Now that I am 40, I actually see small curves where I had none before. So if you are patient and willing to work on it, I highly recommend NB.

All the best to you,

This thread has been more than a little neglected!

I am now 19 years old and took a break from nbe until recently. I am now on the birth control Cilest and have been taking one PM pill a day but not obsessively checking for growth for the last 5-6 months. I actually haven't been really checking for growth that much at all which is probably very healthy.

I have seen some major improvements...my boobs which did not fill a 34AA (so basically a 34AAA) are now fully filling a 34AA and can fit some smaller 34As (fit not fill).

On occasional days I take one Ainterol PM pill in the morning and one at night but mainly I just take one with my pill in the morning.

Normally I cut out all caffeine and milk from my diet (intolerant) but I had a bit of a Starbucks addiction the last couple of months while I was at uni so maybe the calcium has facilitated some of this growth.

I'm not taking anything else, no vitamins or supplements, no massaging or hypnosis.

I am so pleased with my little bit of growth Smile. Its not much but my breasts were completely flat with a nipple before; when I would bend forward they would look concave because there was just no tissue there.

My partner has even noticed a positive difference (though he doesn't know I'm doing nbe and really loves them miniscule or a bit bigger...I'm a lucky girl) Big Grin. He's attributing it to his "attention" hehe Rolleyes

Hoping for some more steady growth! I've heard the more you have the more you grow so hopefully my growth will exponentially increase over the coming months/years.

On PM I've also noticed MUCH clearer skin (I used to have cystic acne in my early secondary school days), now I have one or two baby spots during PMS, I've noticed much more pleasant PMS episodes (I used to be in so much pain I'd be curled up in a ball on the floor crying) and faster growing hair and nails. Overall I feel much healthier. This Ainterol PM has really reacted well with me for some reason; more so than any programme I've tried before!

I think I may be low in estrogen anyway as I was on the pill Microgynon for a bit which has a lower estrogenic content than Cilest and I had periods of continuous bleeding. The doctor said I needed to be on a hig estrogen pill and yet many of my friends have tried Cilest and it's made them a little bit (in their words) "crazy"/"mental"/"a hormonal mess" because of the higher hormone levels haha.

Looks like for now I've found my sweet spot. Just hope I don't experience stalling any time soon!

Are you sure your a 34aa? Possible but for your height that combination is unusual not many women have a 34 in underbust and same over would mean big build and no breasts at all.
Check you are wearing the right bandsize by measuring underbust then using that as your bandsize don't add any inches eg underbust 30 bust 34 = 30 c/d

Hi Bonita!

Yes I am for sure a 34 band, I've tried 32's and it feels like I'm getting the life squeezed out of me! And yes I have tiny boobs.

It is strange as I am really tiny on top Huh, I wear a UK6 on my top half (US 2), maybe because I'm wider sideways rather than outwards if you can picture what I mean, i.e. I have 39" hips and the inches are all in the width, not because I have excess fat, I'm quite curvy that way Smile

Update: I have just measured and I am between a 29.5" and 30" underbust (breathing in and out) and around 33" at the boobies. From what I've read you need to be 4 inches across the bust bigger than your underbust to be a full A cup so that is why I fit and not fill them, 1/2 an inch to go on each boob (or ideally 0.25 and 0.75 as my right is smaller). Hopefully over the coming months I can grow that little bit more.

Thank you uhuccup!

I had budding and bad pains and some development and growth at both the ages of 11 and 14. Nothing since then until now with the PM.

Here are my pictures now. Not very flattering at all in this light/angle I know! Dodgy Still tiny but imagine how small they were before! Hoping to reach at least a 34B

I was that small too.... now I'm a C cup... I'd look into breast pumping too.... it doesn't require any hormonal changes and is pulley mechanical..
