Do you ladies find that your growth comes in spurts, or is it steady and gradual?

Yes.
Sorry, but that is as accurate as I can get. there is no hard and fast rule for growth. I have had long and steady, growth spurts, stalls, and everything in between. And all I've gained is a set of 46Bs. Everyone is different and unique and will respond to the various programs here in their own way. Just because I am responding to a program does not mean you will, and if you do you will do so in your own way. Does that answer what you wanted to know?

My comes in hard and fast growth spurts followed by months of stalling and then starts over. But during the months of stalling I still keep up with everything so when I do start growing again, it's another hard and fast growth spurt.

Mine came fast at first, and has since slowed. However, it didn't slow until I started making changes to my program due to money constrictions, so it's possible that I would have continued my usual growth if I hadn't made the changes.
Also, many people claim to get slower growth during the winter months due to limited sunlight, so you need to take that into consideration, too.

If limited sunlight is a problem (Don't we get Vit D from the sun?) wouldn't it be beneficial to add vitamin D tablets?

I feel like vitamins aren't mentioned so often in people's programs, but that is because a lot of these people take good daily multivitamins, which include these vitamins that aid breast enhancement.
And sorry ElleR, I have no experience with growth yet! I have not started my program yet... I just wanted to add to the vitamin D discussion

Both. I experience EXTREMELY inexorably slow gradual growth staggered with occasional small spurts. I haven't had, at least so far, any truly large spurts either. So I guess it's pretty much slow and gradual here.
EDIT: And yes, you can check my program to see that I do take a daily multi and even mention my taking it, for both NBE and general health.

That's really interesting I suppose in order to get a good idea about growth patterns you really need to look at every individuals history, age, weight, hormones, biological gender etc,etc...
Interesting to hear about the warm seasons being better for growing. I wonder if it isn't so much a case of needing more vit D but more a case of people's metabolisms working harder during the winter to stay warm and burning off more fat, especially as I've noticed through reading the boards that being able to gain or retain fat can be a real hindrance to people's NBE programs.
Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated

Thanks for your reply. I understand that there's no' one size fits all' rule when it comes to growing, I should have worded my question slightly better I suppose. It is interesting that one individual can experience all different types of growth though. I was thinking it would be more of a steady growth OR growth spurts as apposed to steady growth AND growth spurts kind of situation.

Mine is gradual I think. but I have seen little growth since my first growth spurt and noticing my nipples are puffy sometimes.
what does puffy nipples means??
anyone?
could it be a sign of growth too?
