Can a Deep Sleep Be Associated with NBE?

#1

So this question may be hit or miss, but I'm just wondering if anyone has ever experienced particularly more sleep or tiredness during the NBE process? I'm not sure if the NBE method makes a difference, but when people feel tenderness and growing pains, do they also have a deeper sleep than what is typical for them?

*Note: I ask this question - and I actually think it's somewhat a valid question - because as you grow and develop through adolescence, there tends to be an increase in the amount of sleep that you need in order to allow adequate time for growth and development. This is best achieved during the sleep cycle, so maybe NBE is similar? Huh

I've had pretty good progress in 2 months, and I do sleep a hell of a lot, but my energy levels are always very low... Sometimes I can sleep all day and all night...

But i've always been a very sleepy person, my mum said i was very sleepy as a baby and visitors would come and say I was boring to visit cause I was always sleeping.. and even at school i remember coming home from school and napping before dinner cause I was just exhausted..

Perhaps the fact i sleep so much has contributed to my quick response to NBE, interesting idea.

Quite honestly, I have been thinking about this. My results have only come when I got the least amount of sleep, strangely. I don't know why that is. I think its cause I am cranking some kind of hormone being stimulated at the time and voila, growth!

Simply. Yes. The main thing though is you need to hit deep sleep REM and hit the 3-5 cycles a night that comes with deep 7hr+ sleep. During deep uninterupted sleep, Growth Hormone is released which aid in NBE if you're doing other things to activate growth signals.

Thanks for the responses everyone! This confirmed my suspicions and I'm glad that my question wasn't entirely pointless, lol. So it seems like a good amount of sleep is beneficial for the NBE process.

If this is the case, then I better catch up on more sleep, 'cause I have such a crappy sleeping schedule, lol. Usually 6 hours is good enough for me, but I don't think that's quite enough to allow my boobs to develop overnight, especially once I start drinking the NBE herbal teas. ^^;

However, in Tibetan113's case, the least amount of sleep was actually associated with more growth? That's pretty interesting! In any case, sleep is an important factor to consider in NBE. Probably one of the most overlooked ones, honestly... lol.

I have to agree that sleep is very important for NBE. As Natty mentioned, babies sleep more than older children or adults, this is because their growth rate is much higher within the first 2 years. If you go look at baby clothes the size increases dramatically over those two years. That is why when my son was a baby I didn't bother spending money on expensive brands for clothes as I knew in a matter of weeks he would need another size! It gets much easier as they get older though, so now I will splurge here and there for him some name brand shoes and such as I know they will fit for at least a year. (he's almost 8 now).

Now with sleep associated with NBE, I have to say more sleep for me is important during a routine. When I don't get enough sleep I don't grow as much, but if I get say 8 hours a night, I do. Lately with doing my hypnosis, I have no issues sleeping.

Unfortunately, because I keep becoming either estrogen or progesterone dominant, I often get hit with intense periods of insomnia. Otherwise, I've never been a good sleeper, and it's actually gotten worse over these past few years. I don't get a deep sleep at all, although I wish I did for NBE's sake! I actually hit the sleep cycles very rapidly, and am sometimes only in REM for a short period of time, before I get sucked back into my dream. It's very exhausting. =_=

I sure wish I got deep sleep from NBE! Although to be fair in puberty I had a very difficult time sleeping, and was constantly tired. So maybe it depends on how your body responded to hormones in puberty.

Anastasia - I wish my boobs grew as fast as a baby in 2 years! xD Personally, I noticed that I sleep a lot more deeply after my longer noogling sessions. I suppose that could be a result of staying up uber late and pumping throughout the night until I'm half-asleep! lol Buuut I'd rather believe that it's the NBE magic working, hehe.

Doll - I also wish I could get a lot more sleep for the sake of NBE! xD I'm a light sleeper myself and most of the time I consider sleep to be a waste of time (mostly because it takes away from my video game time and other hobbies, lol). But anyhow, I never realized that your hormones can have an effect on your sleeping patterns. It just never occurred to me I guess. ^^; But now that you mention it, when I looked at the symptom checklist for estrogen dominance/deficiency, I remember insomnia being a symptom of one of those estrogen types...

A little thing which may help you sleep easier if you spend a lot of time on your computer before bed is a program called flux.
