In your opinion, which herb increases prolactin levels the most and which herbs have very little effect on it????

increasing prolactin is used to induce or enhance lactation. the best herb for this is Shatavari. this herb works allot like Domperidone in that it
The hormone prolactin stimulates lactation in humans, and its release is inhibited by the dopamine secreted by the hypothalamus. Domperidone, by acting as an anti-dopaminergic, results in increased prolactin secretion, and thus promotes lactation.

other herbs for lactation include Goat’s Rue, Milk Thistle, Fenugreek, Fennel and Alfalfa. personally i like Alfalfa and have had good results.
