Carrie's "KISS KISS" Plan...

#1
Heart

Okay.. so I've been doing more research online AND reading through program threads on here and think I've come up with a pretty simple (hopefully) plan that I want to use for at least ninety days before adding or changing anything. Unless of course I have a really bad reaction to somethingTongue

I haven't measured myself, because, well, I don't want to know! I know, it's horrible, but my breasts are so incredibly deflated from the little bit that they were that all they are are pretty much little bags of skinSad. I DO know that I am roughly a 32 A, maybe smaller since my teeny tinies don't even fill those little cups up.

Some stats:
34 years old
Female
135-140 pounds (fluxuates all the time)
5'11"
Current bra size: roughly 32 A
Four beautiful kids- all breastfed for as long as I could

Two miscariages, one early( baby stopped at nine weeks, my body didn't and had to have procedure at 14 weeks) and one mid second trimester(21 weeks) which threw my hormones and emotions through one hell of a horrible ride. I only mention these because they seem to be a big thing with hormone imballances, and if anyone knows how they could effect my program I would LOVE the info!!

I have went on Dr Lee's Hormone test a couple of times, but still haven't figured out exactly what I could be. Even when it's just me knowing the answers I feel like I'm just saying that's a symptom because I want it to be oneBlush. Does that make sense to anyone other than me? Lol.

So, here's what I've decided to do start as soon as that pesky painful Aunt Flo decides she's had enough of abusing me.

PM (Ainterol) 500mg
Sp extract 160mgx6 (Will get higher dosage when run out)
EPO- recommended dosage on bottle 1000mg pills
L-Arginine- recommended dose on bottle 1000mg pills
Maca- Recommended dose 1 pill 3 times daily

I have a HUGE bottle of FG and was thinking of breaking the capsules and adding them to the Flax Seed Oil massage I do morning and night. I don't want to waste them and honestly think that might be too much to start my program with if I add those in. I REALLY want to keep it simple if I can. All the cycles confuse the heck out of me, but I WILL figure this out!

I'll take these until the first day of my period, then probably nothing for the first three days. I've read that holding off is good while on your monthly?

From what I've read I think this will give me what I need without becoming to dominent in one hormone. Or I think?!Huh

So.. I'll give updates as soon as I start the program. Possibly on my third day of monthly visit, which will be Friday.

I also have those damned Bust Boost pills that I might still take if I can't get a refund. Calling Amazon tomorrow to make sure it'll go through beofre I send them out. They have such a small dosage I've been taking three a day, so might continue or just use while on my monthly and not taking PM.

SO.. there it is. Advice, comments, criticism, or just a HELLO!! is appreciated!!Big Grin

Hello Again!

So, after reading some more threads- Robins to be exact( such a beautiful lady!!)- I've decided to cycle my PM 3 weeks on, 1 off so that while on my monthly I can let my body naturally get rid of extras. Will start on Tuesday.

Also forgot to add that I take a hair-skin-nails three times daily and drink a protein-aloe smoothly after breakfast everyday. Ran out of my Hemp protein today so will be buying more tomorrow. Something with more than 15 grams. Hemp has tons of omega 3 which was the reason I got it, but with the pills I will be taking I figure I'll be fine.

So, this will be my routine:

Days 1-7:
Arginine: 500mg 3 times daily
SP: 160 3 pills@160 3 times daily
EPO: 1000mg morning and night
Hs&n: 3 times daily
Protein and Aloe smoothie

Days 8-28
All of the above
PM: 500mg daily first cycle, 1000 second cycle
Maca: 525mg twice daily.

Hi Carrie,

I am sorry to hear about your miscarriages. Sometimes these can be due to the body not having enough progesterone - the body is not able to support the pregnancy as a result. Perhaps adding some progesterone cream may be beneficial to your regime? during the second half of your cycle.

You may see other signs of progesterone deficieny in your mother or grandmother - diseases such as osteoperosis or other bone loss problems, or if your common weight gain area is your tummy.

I know what you mean with the symptoms, and it is very hard to tell with those online tests which you could be because many of the symptoms overlap into both deficiencies, or you could be deficient in one area that is leading to symptoms that in themselves cause other symptoms that are listed as a symptom of the other deficiency! It is a serious knotted mess, who knows which end of the string is actually the begining.

But I would suggest that you definitely look into progesterone cream. I myself will be using both PM and PC in my cycle, I have high hopes for the combo! Smile

Good luck on your journey!!

Thanks for replying Outofstyle!!

We do have osteoporosis in our family. My mom says she has it- though it's hard for me to believe half the things she HAS since she's also a hypercondriac- and my aunt has it as well. I have thought of getting PC cream, might check out prices this weekend and add that to my routine.

Second half of my cycle would be last two weeks? That's the hardest part of this thing is learning all the lingo and cycles!!

Yes the last two weeks .

For me, I found the best prices on the internet, still waiting for it to come in the mail! I bought through iHerb, alot of places won't ship it to Canada (ebay...) , but iHerb does and you can google up a discount code to get $5 off of your purchase! Woo.

Knowing that cheaper isn't always better...

What progesterone cream would you ladies recommend? Found Source Naturals for little under 14 on Amazon and know Doll used/uses it. Any other recommendations? Thoughts?

Interesting, I had no idea progesterone deficiency was linked to miscarriages, I've had miscarriages also. But I don't know about osteoporosis in my family as I'm adopted :/ I know my biological mother, but she doesn't have it or any other bone problem, she was adopted also so we don't really know any of her biological family members. I'm pear so I gain weight in the lower region, tummy, hips, butt, thighs. upper body not so much which is why my band size never changes.

Carrie, good luck with your plan, by the way why do you call it kiss kiss? I'm going to be watching yours a bit to see how it goes for you. After breastfeeding my son, I had the same issue, empty breasts, I was a 32AA looking back, I wore 32B bras that I stuffed because I was in denial. I've grown quite a bit, but still want a bit more and want a better shape.

I've had great success from using Menogest, which is Swanson's house brand PC.

Anastasia, I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriages. They are something no woman- or parent actually- should ever have to endure.
When I had my first one, the amazing doc that did the DNC told me that sometimes imballences caused the loss. I just thought he meant imballences in the baby, but it makes sense now. With my first son I was 21 weeks, and the doctor had absolutely no idea why my water broke. Knowing more now, I think a serious lack of hormones had play in it. Which is wierd considering I carried four full term. Hmmm... Maybe I'll do some research.

Thank you Miss AbiDrew for the info. I'll look into that brand.
