What you should take is something you need to figure out for yourself, sadly no one can do that for you. It all depends on your age, your gender, your current hormone levels (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, prolactin), your past hormone levels, whether you have gained/lost boob size in the past, what you have tried in the past and your personal medical situation.
Herbs can
- promote specific hormone production
- lower specific hormone production
- contain specific hormones
- all/some of the above (for example a herb could contain estrogen and lower testosterone production)
- have addition effects like blood thinning, laxative, diuretic, influence blood pressure, influence thyroid function, ...
Androgen stuff promotes or contains testosterone. Anti-androgens lower testosterone production.
Some herbs canceling each other out: if you take one herb that promotes estrogen and another herb that reduces estrogen they would work against each other. At the same time herb effects can also add up (multiple minor laxative effects = BIG laxative effect) or interact with medicine.
I suggest you go to the
Information on herbs section and read up. Find the herbs that apply to your specific needs and medical situation, they get a small amount to try in case you react badly to any of it and stick with it for at least 3 or 4 months to see if it works for you.
I do believe the most common herb used for butt enlargement is maca.
If you don't want to take the time to make your own personalized plan, go to the
Personal programs section and copy a plan from a person in the same situation as you (don't just pick any success story, if you are a progesterone dominant female and copy the plan of an estrogen dominant person or a transgender you are bound to screw yourself up).
Good luck!!
