Hello,
I started my journey sometimes around April this year, took a break over summer (July to September), and just recently started again. So far I have had some pretty shocking results - atleast three cupsizes!
I realise I am very, very lucky and have no right to complain, but I'm wondering when growth can become a concern? Is it dangerous for your health to grow this much in such a short amount of time? What surprised me the most is that the pills I have been taking is not even your "common" NBE pills, it is supplements for womens health containing EPO, flaxseed oil as well as saponins and isoflavones from soy and I have only heard about two other people experiencing breast changes whilst taking them. (I am on progesterone only BC and always been, if that changes anything)
Max dose a day is nine pills, although I never exceeded four pills a day, since that dosage already made me break out really badly as well as causing sharp pains in my ovaries (cysts?), and one pill is sufficient for gradual growth with less discomfort. Whenever I am taking them, my boobs get really tender, to the point where even the lightest touch causes pain. Could it just be that I am really sensitive to hormonal changes? Is it alright to carry on this current program and see what happens, or would it be better to stop? I am guessing that the break outs/sharp pains/breast tenderness is a sign of an imbalance of some sort, but since it is giving the results I want I am also not that sure about giving it up
Just want to add that I got an appointment to a gynaecologist within the next couple of weeks, so I will be bringing up this experience then, as well as making sure to test my hormone levels, but these questions has been racking my brain so I am just hoping someone will be able to shed some light on it all!
Many thanks
xx
