Hi everyone, I'm new here and have been reading posts and have gained a lot of knowledge from you all. Thank you. Although I'm not exactly looking to grow my chest right now, I will be soon (have some man weight to lose). My main reason for joining was while searching about male pattern hair loss I came across PM and then this site. I would like to grow my hair out a little and regain some of the temple area before I go full steam. I would appreciate any and all input from any of you with the same issue and how you went about it. I will be making an appointment to see a hair transplant doc but before I do I need would like to have an arsenal of information to weed out the bs. I am not bald but my temple area has receded a bit and top of my head is thinning (not much). I hate it. Finasteride???? Thoughts?

shen min 2x/day.... 6-6:30am/same time pm biotin when I take the morning pill.
I noticed that when I take the shen min DHT blocker I am crazy weak... like someone shut off my power switch. It sucks. Slowly I'm regaining (some) power. I work on cars, I need the strength. I started taking the biotin 3 days later after some research I read that biotin is good for hair skin and nails and also enhances energy as a side effect? So I jumped on it. Since starting the shen min I worked 24 hours when I normally work 50-ish. Luckily for me (this week) work has been slow so I was able to take time off. I know my body and it will adjust but holy crap I feel weak.
