I tumbled in this image a while ago and just want to share with you guys... Since I cant gulfing a large amount of Protein Shake anymore, I have been cutting corner ( yes, yes, I did.. Big Grin ), I have been taking the potent liquid Amino Acid from Vitamin World & GNC along with my daily nuts snack.

Why is chocolate never on the list.... its got to be good for something other than making you feel good....

Did you know white chocolate never was a chocolate... but yet it is indeed sooo darn yummy...!
