By the way, I am a 19 year old biological female. I'm very tempted to buy the synthetic estradiol as you pretty much know what you're getting, but worried that I don't know enough about it. Any advice from those more knowledgeable please?

Oestrogen gel is stronger, but some women respond very well to PM.
