I know a lot of people who are taking protein powder eat it in shakes or with milk or otherwise drink it. I was wondering if anyone was baking their powder into muffins or making pancakes with or something? I feel like it would be so much easier to consume that way.

We do! We make pancakes with it. They are dry but it works. Just google it and you will find recipes.

Me too. I make bread with pea protein and also cooked lentils. I also use protein in my muffins. Tastes delicious.

What kind of protein do you put in your pancakes, Tinytots?
Peggy, do you also use pea protein in your muffins?
Thanks for responding! I'm using whey protein powder, currently. I read that the source makes a difference when it comes to cooking with it.

I always take mine in shakes . The taste doesn't really bother me . How many grams are you consuming per day?

I've considered that. It's just easier for me to eat something than to drink something.
Right now I'm taking 10-15 grams per day. I'm starting everything off low to see if I get any effect.
