I bought them at a few health food/ herbal stores before I would go back to using them I had some amazing swelling when I tried the soaking them in cold water overnight then drinking the water method I also ate them.

I buy the fenugreek by Nature's Way and I love it. I buy mine from the Vitamin Shoppe for a reasonable price and you can also buy almost anything on Amazon.

You can buy fenugreek seeds at most asian grocery stores . Cheapest way to buy . Everywhere else sold as herbs are sold at absolute premium

I've gotten them at the supermarket and ebay ......you can get them powdered .......they are very good priced ..
if you mix them with water thought they go all flaky so the longer you leave them the more slushy they get(harder to drink)......make good face/breast masks
no unbelievable masks my skin was softest it ever been !! but it makes a mess......you know any place they sell spices you'll find it ....cumin seed and fennel seed is used in dishes they are also used with nbe
