Losing weight first?

#1

Hello, all!

I'm quite overweight for my height (I'd say about 30-40 lbs). Because of the extra fat, I do have boobs. I want to lose the weight, but keep my boobs, of course. Should I work on my diet/exercise first, get to my goal weight, then worry about NBE (I'm bound to lose my bust), or do I work on both at the same time?

Personally, I'm trying to get in shape and increase my bust simultaneously. I think if you have a major weightloss goal as you've stated though, you might want to lose it first so you can tell what's working vs what isn't.

Good luck!

Thanks, prettylily. I guess I should focus on my problem areas (which is 75% of my body), then worry about my bustline. If I could end up having Kelly Brook's measurements, I'd be very pleased. Tongue

Yes I did really well on nbe and weight loss first time definitely try working on your breasts during rather than after even if you don't want to use hormonal methods pumping or massage can really help.

Bonita, I already take a daily BCP (unrelated to NBE) and I have MSM and fenugreek just sitting there. Maybe I could take both (?) and do massages and work on diet/exercise. I don't know. I'm also concerned about pills causing weight gain.

What massage(s) do you recommend?

Yes I like fenugreek when I tried it I had good swelling and it didn't increase my appetite it does for some people but as long as you stick to your diet you shouldn't gain anything you don't want even if while dieting you don't gain more breast it could help prevent loosing them.
I lost 2 inches from my waist and gained 6 inches of bust simultaneously OK my breasts did distract me from getting all the way down to my desired weight but I was still very happy with it.

Well, your measurements are impressive! I think I'll read around some more and try to come up with a program. By the way, I don't have to take the Pill (not sexually active). I could stop taking it if it means that herbs/supplements will work better.

How has your weight loss journey been? This is kind of belated, but I wanted to say that you should probably focus predominately on losing weight first with maybe some NBE techniques like massage or noodle berry (maybe). The thing is, when a person loses weight they cannot selectively choose where and how much weight. To lose weight in your stomach, for example, you have to lose it all over. Of course, building muscles in a certain area (like your legs) will mean that area 'tones' a litter faster, simple because muscles use more energy than fat. Overall though, you can't slim down without losing some boob. ;]

I'd suggest you to do It simultaneously...I've lost 3 kg during my first 3 months of NBE and my breast didn't shrink, and now looks even firmer...loosing weight means less firmness, the risk is to get an empty breast at the end..so do It simultaneously and your breast will be always beautiful! good luck! Ugh, I'm still the same weight. A few weeks ago I decided to cut out sugar and carbs and I lost five pounds in one week! I went to a First Communion and... that was it. Gained it back, obviously, so I'm still were I was when I initially wrote this post.

I know I will lose some of my boobs, but I think my goal is to lose the weight permanently and not yo-yo ever again... my mom keeps telling me that my perky boobs will lose elasticity (something I know already) if my weight goes up and down. *sigh*

I have stopped the NBE process (except for massaging, which I like to do anyway Tongue) and will now focus on losing weight and keeping it off.
