low body temperature not raising?

#1

My temperature runs around 96... This morning it was 95.9. It may make it into the 97s, but usually not above 97.5. I don't have any thyroid problems -I did have that tested.

Would it help to only take my BO for the day when my temp is at its highest?

I take 900 mg of kelp and 2000 mg of l-tyrosine per day. Should I increase one, both, or try something else? I'm consuming around 80 grams of protein per day as well, if that matters.

I'm nervous about taking too much kelp, because my thyroid is functioning properly and I've heard that the iodine could cause problems there. What do you think?

Does anyone have other tips on improving temp levels?

I know that some people get results without worrying about their temps, but with mine being so low, I'm wondering if that's why I haven't responded to any NBE that I've tried.

I think adrenal problems can also lower temperature. Or you might just have circulation problems which don't seem to affect BO working. You can't just take BO when your temperature is high, though. You need to take it regularly for it to work. If your thyroid is fine, I think you should be fine since that is what the temperature is supposed to measure. If you're really concerned, try some thermogenics like ginger tea.

I'm so glad you said this! I've read of others having success with BO with low temps. I have very low body temps - always have. My thyroid and adrenals test fine. I have horrible circulation though. I've added in cayenne pepper supplements but the temps are still low. So, I'm super happy to hear that the circulation problems shouldn't affect the BO working.

Thanks for the comments!

I've added 80mg pituitary today... I don't know if that will help anything. Should I use more than 80mg? I'm not certain what dose most people use.

I'm just starting to get discouraged, because I've been using BO for three months without any results. I'll just keep going for a few more months and hope that something good starts happening!

Pituitary is mainly for women over 30, I think. Though I take it because it's in the BB pills, so it probably doesn't hurt. You should definitely give it a good six months before you think about getting discouraged, I think. How are you measuring your progress?

Okay, thank you. Smile I mainly got the pituitary because I've started noticing grey hairs and I read that this could be due to pituitary issues (it's probably just coincidental). I just want to supplement it in case it is the BO.

I measure using a cloth tape measurer on my bust: over, under, and full bust measurements. I also take progress pictures, and watch for changes in how my bras fit (they're all a bit loose because I'm between an A and B).

You might be right about the pituitary, then. Good luck!

I agree with prettylilly... on everything she wrote. If you need an example, I myself have had a history of low temps in my fullicular phase and am now on my 5th month and just now (oblivious me) started noticing a notable size increase. You really should be patient with BO because it works discreetly on the molecular level first and then catches up to you to show visible difference later. But, I really think all good things take time and, although slow, BO is sure growth. But yes, you need to be very consistent with taking your BO. Spread your doses throughout the day, if you are not yet! The trick is to keep a constant "flow" of BO. This will give you better chances for growth.

Good luck!

Thanks for all the help!

I take 3 pills twice a day, but I'll change my pattern to 2 pills 3 times a day. That might make a difference, too. I'm definitely going to stick it out, and try to devote more hours per day to Noogling and massages, too. I'm serious about finally getting the breasts I've dreamed of!
