Just got my NBE. How much suction do I do? For how long?
If I leave it on for a lond time, will it damage anything?
I tried it and boy does it blow my boobs up inside the suction cup.
Thanks in advance

Della... You want to keep the pressure below where it causes any kind of pain... too much pressure can cause bruising or blisters... typically most people noogle for one to two hours a day.... some more.. Many do a 7 minutes on and 2 off cycle.. I typically leave mine on the entire time... because I'm lazy.. lol
check out the breast pumping forum for more info....

Thanks Karren.
I check out the forum you suggested. Lots of stuff there. First time out I did one hour and like you had suggested I pumped until it start to hurt. One more session today then start a new day.
Swelling is definetly there, no rings or marks so far.
Thanks for the advice.
The PM came in the mail today. Only took about a week, just like one of the other forums said.
This is great........

Sounds like your off a great start! Even if you don't post photos.... I'd still take them and save them to document your progress.... I wish I had taken more before photos....

My breasts felt warm and tingling last night when I woke up ...
Sort of an odd sensation. Not used to even being aware they are there.
Of course unless they are being played with - smile -.
Started the PM in earnest today. Definetly need to take with food.
Caused nasty belches.
Thanks for listening.
