Started as a 38A ...
Well its been about 4 weeks since I started the NBE twice daily (most days - when I remember that is). looks like I am now almost a 38B. Tried PM, gave me cramples and headaches.
I like the massage with flax oil. Not very religious will it though.
Just want to thank eveyone for thier help so far.
Maybe when I get to a 38C I will stop. Not sure.
Also, I am working on loosing about 10 lbs.

In my post I said:

NBE twice daily for about 30 minutes.
The flax oil, about 5 minutes twice a day.
Just started Goats Rue yesterday.

I take 2 grams of Fish oil, 2000 u of vitamin D.

At first I had only swelling, just made them fatter (side ways), then
over the last week or so they have start to grow larger outwards.

I am working on losing some weight so they will stand out more.
I read one post that said orgasims will increase the prolactiin, trying this one out ... for fun.

Thats about it .... 15 minutes exercise morning and evening (wlaks with dog).

I'm considering getting a pump ..but I don't know if atm I can afford one .......there is some cheaper but I'll have to do more research on quality issues ..I only have a baby one for increasing prolactin

and goat rue ........your routine is simple but successful..I think a lot of estro dominant / other hormone dominant nbe'ers would be interested
besides maybe prolactin dominant ones.......I here goats rue and nipple stimulation (from massage and noogleing) are great for prolactin increasing
