Hi everyone,

I'm pretty new to NBE, started 6wks ago, pretty regularly for the past 4 wks, with massage and noogle/kangzhu. I thought my breasts were becoming fuller and more symmetrical, but today I woke up and they were the same as when I started! I know it's still early and takes time for real growth, but I feel so deflated - literally and figuratively! clearly I just had swelling which is now gone. I know brava doesn't give real growth until 6wks and that's with 12+ hours a day, so my question is...

when did most of you start to notice real growth? especially anyone else out there NOT using herbals?

I've never had growing pains or tingles, just some soreness if I've massaged to aggressively. I'm really needing some encouragement... sort of feeling defeated at the moment... :-(

Don't be deflated. 6 weeks is WAY TOO SOON to see results especially if you are older, you have to work that much harder!
Well some of us do anyway.. this place is filled with ups and downs but we all support each other and for the most part its the SUPPORT of all of us here that keeps us plugging away. Some have not seen decent results for a year if not longer then some a few weeks into the process. Using a pump takes longer to. Each person is different. I'm STILL learning and piecing things together 8 months later. Your knowledge base will grow and grow as will your confidence. You will be fine! Its soo early days so chin up
