Is Cayenne Pepper EXTRACT okay to use for massage?

#1

I bought some recently to add to my massaging oil. Though I noticed, that after applying, it doesn't feel warm or anything. Is this normal? Should I take the extract (you can add it to water) internally instead?

Yh just start with a tiny bit like a drop with another oil and don't reapply until at least an hour later it can feel it too hot a while after not as soon as used.
Its interesting stuff it can make skin where aplied blush so must be amazing for circulation it can be painful for hours though if too much or sensitive skin Karen's right water seems to activate it more.
