Anyone have experience with Solgar's PM? Just read this review:

I see on this forum that Ainterol is kinda 50/50, and I'm hoping I'll be in the half that works. Maybe once my Ainterol runs out, I'll switch to Solgar?

Hey sweetie, not sure if this helps but I have used Solgar for a month now and I don't see any changes. I think the the PM quantity is too low for it to have any effect
Now on the other hand, I have used bovine colostrum from GNC and I think that is working well with fenugreek, SP, and fennel I'm taking. Personally, I would stick with ainterol. That's my next phase.

Mhairi5662 has been having great results with the brand Siriporn, at a lower dose than people taking Ainterol which should mean less side effects. Here's her page:

That's a kinda stupid review obviously growing breast tissue will ache or hurt a little and she didn't say anything about how she took it but any brand of pm taken all month without cycling more chance than not it will effect periods she could've been 1000mg every day all month!
Whether its the right pueraria I think means almost nothing considering she grew and had normal 'side effect' probably from incorrect use.
Ainterol pm seems to be really effective any pm can effect periods or all nbe supplements cause growing pain, small price to pay for effective breast enhancement I think I'm sure surgery feels worse!
