hi
so i started to take 1 pill of pm by ainterol
every morning with milk or yougrt
and today i saw that on the back of the box it sayin:
take 1 capsule 30 min before breakfest.
and 1 capsule before retiring to bed
when should i take ? when the effciency is the better ?

What your doing seems good 2 pills of ainterol is very strong I suggest continue taking as you are for a month or 2 before increasing dose.
Are you cycling or taking it throughout cycle?

yes i would wait month or two before increasing the dose for 2
um i dont cycling for the first month and on the second month i would start cycle.
you think this ok ?

You might not get a period if you don't cycle or an unusual period.
If you are on some birth control its OK but it is recommended to take a break to allow your period to come.

I don't know about that brand, but you are not supposed to take it while you menstruate.
