Hey everyone

Just a quick question

Why do i feel that my breast are shrinking rather than growing ? Is it a sign of growth ? Or a true shrinkage?And did you go through this too?

I feel i am flat chested especially when i lay down.

I take PM, maca and evening primorse oil

Every real breast looks smaller lying down don't worry, shrinkage right at the start can be because they are firming up at first if it continues past a month maybe change up your program.
Use a few ways of measuring eg. A goal size bra, photos and measurements because often you will only see a difference by one some months like me and my red goal bra nothing else changed except I now fill the cups so by only pics and measure I thought I grew nothing on my little bovine ovary program.

there have been a few people who feel it causes acne and shrinking
why not switch to borage oil or if you you want to not let it go to waste add white peony root (it also increases the enzyme used in making estro helping to convert T to estro (= ) and sp/spearmint to combat any "excess androgen" I here it may cause ..that way you could counteract the parts of it you don't like...I saw 100grams of peony root dried for 5£ on ebay ! you could make it into a tea if you don't want to munch through it haha

swelling is a good sign

yea i stopped taking EPO.
It was causing me to go pee every 30 minutes lol. I literally went to the bathroom every 30 minutes with intense pees and ooh the dehydration.

now I'm just taking PM . i still feel the shrinkage.

I will take BonitaDD's advice and measure myself with a goal Bra (32A)
