help a newbie

#1

Hello,
I'm new to this forum and am noticing everyone is using something called PM. I look it up and found out it was a pill.
Okay, so im a 36B and would like to achieve a full C cup
I'm super new to all of this, so help me out with what you know.
Some people are talking about taking some kind of test and progesterone and estrogen creams? What is this test? And how do i know if i need progesterone or estrogen creams? Do i take this with the PM pills?

Thanks!

PM is for pueraria mirifica. They refer to a hormone test. Herbs that mimic progesterone and prolactin are necessary during the luteal phase. If menstruation is too long, it means there's too much estrogen. I don't think estrogen cream should be used. Progesterone cream might be fine, unless someone wants to correct me about progesterone cream. You should read the different threads.

Well also if you are male or female will effect how you use pm too I don't think the bio males cycle but there's threads and threads about it so do some reading will help you understand better than one answer.
I think it's important to go by measurements rather than bra size as a lot of people start wearing the wrong size so growth might not be noticed.
Look at the program pages there you can see whats working or no for other members.
Hormone tests I think unless you feel there's a problem no need to use as they can be very expensive.
