About Me:
I have breastfed two children, when I went up to 34G after a lot of difficulty finding the right size. I suspect I was a 32 even then, but anyway now I have been 32F for a few years, in May I went up to 32FF but ever since I bought the new bras I have been trying to gradually lose weight (and slowly succeeding) but at the same time I feel rather flattened in the upper breast region and feel I have dropped back down a cup. My midsection feels like it has a very fatty underlayer, which I'm trying to focus on, that and reducing my waist which only reduced .5" since my weightloss began. My hips have slimmed down by 2", which is nice but because my butt has been quite flat for a few years I am trying to lift and add a little volume there so the hips might increase a bit too. *edited to add that I was vegetarian for 11 years, started eating fish in May this year. I'm hoping the extra protein I have more consistently will improve various aspects of my personage
I am about to embark upon Pueraria Mirifica as my capsules arrived today, my period is due (it was messed up last month due to various factors, started early and now this one is late, but in the grand scheme of things it's probably only just due, but with last night's Full Moon I would really like it to start this evening), so ideally I would like it to begin and then I can start the PM in the morning. I just took the bold move to attempt to bring it on with the use of essential oil and herbal emmenagogues - I took a teaspoonful of ginger with some honey in hot water, then I massaged my abdomen with my tummy oil with the addition of ginger, clary sage and rosemary essential oils. Did a few abdominal exercises. I feel some cramping now, hopefully it has worked!
Program:
I have been on and off using Fennel and Fenugreek seeds which do give me some slight swelling, along with massage. I've stopped them as of yesterday, and I have ordered MSM crystal powder to encourage tissue growth and collagen production and get a lot of vitamin C from foods. I used to take it for my hair and so this will be a bonus too. I take a multivitamins and minerals pill before bed and Evening Primrose Oil twice a day, I might switch it to Starflower (Borage).
I use Argan Oil which I have blended with Fennel, Geranium and Ylang Ylang essential oils on my breasts after bathing. (I use another blend I designed to heal old stretchmarks for my belly, hips and thighs)
I will be taking one PM capsule (Thanyaporn 350mg - 100mg of PM extract) each morning after food, looking forward to the benefits to my skin too and possibly my hair, not many greys yet to worry about but thickening would be nice.
I have built up over the past week to taking 10g Maca Powder in smoothies and hot chocolate drinks each day
I have decided to dig out my steel boned underbust corset and start waist training properly. It is 26" because I bought it when my waist was 30". I used to be smaller waisted, and I would appreciate any advice to reducing this body part
I have been doing squats and attempting to exercise my waist smaller, I have also decided to do bust enhancing exercises to lift the correct underlying pectorals. I'll link any videos I find useful.

To have smooth lines, maintain curves, increase butt/hips, reduce waist, increase cupsize.
