how come you see a lot of bovine glandulars and no pig/sow ovarian glandulars. especially since pig valves have been use in heart transplants?wouldnt pig glandulars be better?

From what I've read you can use ANY animal glandular. I'm assuming they choose bovine because of how many more cows goto slaughter and their organs are much larger.
