There was a study in the news that said the sound of water heals, and causes the brain to produce more serotonin. Even though I can't find it, I wonder if it is helpful.
This allows anyone to produce varying rain or other nature sounds for free

Oh, how fun! I can make my own! I have several CDs with thunderstorms. I like me a good storm. I walk right into the rain and snow and gawk or meditate for a few moments. Thanks for the share.

Back in the early `70's, Atlantic records started a series called, Syntonic Research. each album was at LEAST half an hour per side and had nothing but sound effects on each side. One side might be a thunderstorm, the other might be ocean waves crashing up on the shore, another would be dawn in a wooded area, another might be dusk in another wooded are. I'd say there were at least 30 altogether. Most of them could be played at varying speeds, anything from 8 rpm to 120 rpm

You're welcome, Char.
http://naturesoundsfor.me/ is a blank slate for making a nature sound.
You can export it to file (in .ogg format), or make your link there. It can be made up to 30 minutes; you can also just repeat the track over and over. There are free music programs, like sox or audacity, where you can change the speed of the track. I don't know if changing the speed of the track will still be nature-like, but if it can be done.
