Helloo there !

Hey!

Well, I have been looking at the forum for around a week now and decided to give it a go -it can't hurt, right? So I am 20 years old, and I have had a love hate relationship with boobs my whole life. I was a pretty early bloomer, I had my boobs kick in when I was in the 3rd grade and by the time I was in the 8th grade I had pretty massive breasts....but I hated them, they felt saggy to me and I thought that the size of my breasts were due to the fact that I was on the heavier side. When I was in the 10th grade I lost a massive amount of weight, and I said bye bye to my boobs....they lost their filling but not their entire size you could say. Take a baloon and watch it for a few days, the result was how my breasts looked...needless to say I hated them, what 17 year old would be okay with that? Now I have gained a bit of that weight back, around 7kg more to be exact, so now I weight 59kg and my boobs have come back to life!

Okay, so the goal here is to make them rounder and firmer, they aren't saggy anymore since they have filled out again but I would like them to have a larger roundness at the top. I am currently going to the gym daily and I am scared to lose too much of my favorite body part. D: So NOW I want to maintain them and grow them while I try to shrink my waist and keep the rest tight!

I have been massaging for the last couple of days for around half an hour after showers, taking omega 3 & collagen. I am on the look out for flax-seed oil and weighing out the pros and cons of PM. Where I live makes the use of any and all pumps difficult, which is a bummer since i'd love to give the noogle a go. So any advice or encouraging words will surely be SUPER welcomed! I am just happy to be part of a group who are seeking to reach forward with their breasts.

Welcome. Many used topical MSM for perkiness. You can try green tea, ginger, chocolate, primrose oil, or saw palmetto in topical or edible form. There's also topical horsetail herb, or aloe. Vitamins will help. Caffeine may help with perkiness, but it may also cause loss there.

There are herbs that affect the breasts but cause weight loss, sometimes because of caffeine, use these for perkiness.
There are other herbs that affect the breasts, but cause weight gain there.
You may have to alternate herbs that cause gain, with herbs that cause loss to gain perkiness and fullness, after you are confident it will work and find the right balance.

There's topical lavender and tea tree oil that can be massaged in carrier oil: lavender or tea tree can't be taken internally at all.

Thank you for all the tips!! (: I will definitely be getting some primrose oil, and will be looking into the MSM.... I did the pencil test, and apparently I am not as "saggy" as I think I am -OR the Reiki massage has already been doing its wonders! All in all, thank you so much, I had no idea primrose could be used for anything!
