New to this

Hi everyone! I am very new to this and was looking for some guidance. I am 26 years old, 5'6, and 108lbs- definitely underweight and trying to gain with Ensure and the right foods now that I am off of the birth control that I was on that seemed to be hindering my weight and health. That birth control (Aviane) seemingly gave me severe anxiety to the point that I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder & panic disorder, and I have lost 10-15 lbs in the past year when I took it. It also gave me incredible mood swings/depression/headaches/fatigue/etc. Anyway, I am now off of it as of a week ago and would like to work on getting back my figure and my confidence.

I obviously am sensitive to that birth control for whatever reason (my guess is Estrogen or some type of hormone?) and therefore I would like to go the completely herbal route IF anyone has actually experienced great results in doing so? I bought Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto from GNC yesterday and after reading some on here today, I plan on adding Wild Yam to that regime as well. I also plan to learn the proper massaging technique and do that twice, daily with the Fenugreek mixed with oil? I am completely new to this so if anyone has advice on dosing or additional herbs that might help it would be greatly appreciated (as well as personal experiences with these and success stories!) I would love to hear if anyone has had substantial growth with these herbs and massaging. Do I need to also add something like Wonderup as well? Or could that potentially add problems? I apologize for my lack of knowledge on this topic. Shy Thank you!!

Hello and welcome!

First off, I don't know much on the herbal route to NBE, but I can say if you want any NBE method to work must get your health on track. Your weight of 108 pounds is underweight, but your not too far from where you need to be.
You and I are about the same height, and I used to weigh less than you do now.
I lost much weight due to breastfeeding. But naturally, it's hard for me to put on weight for my metabolism is high. But I think I'm getting healthier and have a good amount of weight on me so far. I really need to buy a scale to check. But I strongly suggest adding on healthy amounts of calories with daily mild exercises. Besides, breasts are mostly made up of fat tissue, so your calorie intake needs to be monitored. Ensure is a good, but costly. I used to drink them plus eat large meals. It did help, just costly. Eat lots of healthy proteins to build up muscles is one way to gain weight. Protein is very important in any growing enhancement plan.

I hope you can find what works for you. My weight has been an issue for me also. Who said skinny was in? I rather desire to look more healthy. Anyways, I'm sure someone can help you on the herb methods. Many wise people here. Wish you the best!
