So the other day, I bought chicken feet and will be making a broth today to consume on a daily basis. I also plan on purchasing (but haven't found yet) pig tails to turn into a stock.
I have read a lot of good things about chicken feet, etc. on these forums due to the collagen that is naturally in them. So I am excited to try this, especially since it's non-hormonal and it will most likely benefit skin, hair, and nails as well!
I wanted to ask though, though, since I haven't been able to find this....has anyone experienced notable growth from consuming chicken foot or pig tail (or anything else similar) soup on a daily basis? Is it possible to achieve growth even if just half a cup size from daily consumption of such soup alone?
