Hi Blossoming Fleur,
The most popular source for getting supplements is from Swanson's or Amazon in the states, as with any brands it has to be about quality, especially for such an unregulated industry. When you search for gingko biloba inside Amazon you'll come up with a multitude of brands, cheaper isn't always better.

What did you end up going with if you don't mind me asking?

I am going to start herbs after my next period. I bought mostly NOW products. One now fenugreek, one now saw palmetto, one now red clover and an extra fenugreek but made by natures way. I looked at amazon first to compare reviews and then I bought from supplemental central and iherb since one of products was unavailable on supplementalcentral.
