Hey, I'm new

#1

Hello everybody!

I'm new to this site and to the idea of NBE.

My girlfriend has very small breasts. I don't know what size exactly, but they are for sure in the A-cup range somewhere. Her and I want to see if we can increase her size.

I have lurked for a few days now, searching for information and advice about how to increase breast size through massage.

I have a few questions that I haven't found the answer to and I would really appreciate some insight Smile

1) Do herbs, specifically fenugreek, interact with birth control?

2) I see flax seed oil recommended by lots of people, but are other oils effective too? Coconut oil and Olive oil? What exactly do they do that makes using them more effective than no oil?

3) How often should massages be given? Is it a big deal if a day is missed here and there?

4) For the massages, how much pressure should be applied?

Thanks!

I hope we see some success with NBE.

Ok cool.

1) Do herbs, specifically fenugreek, interact with birth control?

depends, bc is steroid hormones, some can help while others will cause serious side effects. Birth control is not to be taken lightly, (no joke), I wouldn't start any herb program until her PCP signs off. (especially concerning her age, she still has natural growth hormones up until 25-26 years of age.

2) I see flax seed oil recommended by lots of people, but are other oils effective too? Coconut oil and Olive oil? What exactly do they do that makes using them more effective than no oil?

The oils can improve the skins elasticity, help bind to estrogen receptors, give fullness (builds tissue) help protect against breast cancer, promote circulation, a few things too.

3) How often should massages be given? Is it a big deal if a day is missed here and there?

Ideally (realistically?) 2-3x a week, if you can do it everyday great, if not that's fine too. Overworking won't speed up growth, you have to let the tissue regenerate. Increasing blood flow is one of the benefits of massage.

4) For the massages, how much pressure should be applied?

Light pressure.

Thanks!

I hope we see some success with NBE.

I hope you talk things over, weigh the options, after all.....it's her body, no?.

Good luck. Smile

Hey, thank you for your reply.

I have looked quite a bit into herbs like fenugreek and neither of us think it is all that safe for her to be taking. So that's totally out of the question.

I'm not sure what you mean by PCP.. is it prescribed contraceptive pill?
Is there a glossary for these acronyms? I see a lot of them on this site and although I can figure some out... many of them are lost on me.

It is her body and this is something she is interested in as well. We have talked about it quite a bit over the last few months and decided to try this out. So I guess we'll see how it goes.

Do you have any tips or suggestions that you or others have found success with?

Thanks again for your help!

I tend to get too technical, so info that I may provide may not make lot of sense yet. But foods (the right kind) like healthy fats from omega 3's & 6's (like in fish oil) walnuts, avacodos, fresh fruit, dark leafy greens etc, all contribute not only to health, but also for NBE (natural breast enlargement).

For example these foods below help in blocking one the body's strongest androgens called DHT dihydrotestosterone, which prevents breast growth.

I'll do my best to keep up and ask if I don't understand.

We fortunately live in a part of the world where some of these foods are very affordable and plentiful. Mostly fruits like mango, papaya, and banana. I have lots of ginseng!

Is evening primrose oil considered a healthy fat?

--Are there any foods that should be avoided? I know sugar is one (and is difficult to avoid) but any others?-- Nevermind I found the answer Smile

I know I have more and more questions... thanks!

Yeah absolutely, actually EPO is like a muscle car on steroids for NBE lol, (over exaggeration lol), but really it's works as an anti-androgen and breast receptor alpha friendly. 1000mg to start-----max to 2000 mg (2 capsules) works very nicely.

I am impressed, you learn quick, sugar is not boobie friendly, niether is alcohol, especially in women, which raises testosterone. The foods you mentioned are great for NBE. Hydration is also good (filtered) 6-8 cups per day.

What are some realistic expectations from following an NBE massage, diet, and light exercise program?

I don't think it is reasonable to expect a cupsize or two growth immediately (though they do feel firmer and more full especially after a massage)... I'm not even sure if it's reasonable to expect her to go from her current A-cup to a C-cup... or is it? What is reasonable?

Progesterone cream? Is that like fenugreek and hormonal? Is it worth trying? Does it affect birth control?

It depends, meaning some respond quicker than others, in large part it has to do with genes and heredity. Breast receptors (or estrogen receptors, alpha and beta) number quite differently, and those with less receptor genes will see slower or no growth at all. That's the norm, not the rule, we've seen (here) 1-3 cup differences, sometimes more/less. And in other cases with uneven growth it was brought to near parallel, so like they say, YMMV (your mileage may vary). Patience and presistence are undeniably apparent. RolleyesWink

Progesterone is used a few different ways in NBE, generally for hormonal control (balance). Although it's also used to battle DHT, and build tissue growth (skin application necessary). Birth control already has low level progestins (synthetic), progesterone cream should come (purchased as bio-identical (meaning closely matching human progesterone) and paraben free (paraben is xenoestrogens [endocrine disrupters]) other xeno's are BPA's, pesticides etc. Going organic helps rid our bodies of the ridiculous daily toxins we're exposed to each and every day, causing estrogen dominance before we're even out of the womb.

In other words, don't mix PC with bc.
